This is my unchopped 1949 Mercury Coupe. Purchased as a driver from Butch Bunn in 1995. Since purchased the car has had most of the filler redone on the door handles and trunk as well as a complete paint job in PPG basecoat-clear coat in 1998.  The paint was mixed to match a Miller Lite Beer can; I call it Miller Lite Dark Blue. The headlights, parking lights  and tail-lights have been frenched and hood and deck ornaments as well as door handles removed.  The front and rear bumpers have been lowered 1-1/2”. Hood has 174 louvers punched. Grille is 1953 Chevy (4 required to make.) Vintiques reversed chromed wheels were added with Coker radial wide whites. The gas tank pick-up broke off in the gas tank so the tank was changed to a stainless steel tank

Car dropped 5" front and rear with Fatman front spindles and lowering blocks and rear is lowered with Posie super slider springs and lowering blocks.
