The engine includes the 4" Merc crank and is overbored 0.080". The carb is a 600 cfm Holley. Note polished stainless heater lines with formed rubber connections. Old Mallory 2-piece cap with centrifucal advance only. Cam is an Isky 400 Jr. Heads are polished Offenhauser 425's. A puller electric fan was added due to pulleys to radiator clearance. Yellow coiled wires in bottom picture are for the radiator insertion probe switch to activate the fan. A Lokar cable accelerater pedal/cable was installed. The alternator is from a '92 Sunbird and chromed. Horsepower is rated at 250HP, considerdbly more than the original 110 HP after the Roadrunner Weiand 142 supercharger was installed. Serpentine 6-ribbed belt drives from crank pulley and drives both water pumps, blower and alternator. Engine block painted to match car color. Moon fuel pressure gauge verifies electric fuel pump pressure. Fenton headers were installed with 2" stainless exhaust system & Brockman steel pack mufflers. Side pipes are functional.
